*How to respond to customers *

 

1. Make phone calls with customers only when it's urgent, text them because they're busy
2. Do not discuss the decision in front of the customer, inform the customer of the decision after a conversation with the team member and manager.
3. Please update as often as possible.

2. Write down what you are throwing away and how far you are going to throw away.
3. Get the customer's English name, phone number, and e-mail no matter what.
4. Tell me the key management, access password, etc. in detail, and write down a list of keys

5. If there is a local disaster, such as food, waste, etc., find the disposal site first, check the price, and if it can be thrown away (which Google Maps says is closed, but it's actually in operation)
6. Get confirmation of all items, trash, and food before throwing them away, and take as many pictures as possible.
7. Commercial refrigerators are usually not thrown away (insurance doesn't do well), and regular refrigerators are thrown away right away.
